Our methodology. We train with positive, reward-based reinforcement — treats, praise, and play to mark and reinforce the behaviors we want, paired with calm redirection and clear structure for the ones we don't. No prong collars, no e-collars, no pain or intimidation. Training happens in real-life moments throughout the day (mealtime, doorways, leash walks, group play) so behaviors stick when your dog gets home.
Our team. Every board & train program is led by an experienced member of our care staff who has worked hands-on with hundreds of Boston dogs across boarding, daycare, and one-on-one training. Our trainers partner with our full cage-free care team, so your dog has consistent humans reinforcing the same cues 24/7 — not a single hour-long session, but every interaction, every day.

Frequently Asked Questions
Most owners notice meaningful changes within the first week. The two-week and one-month programs allow time to generalize new behaviors across people, places, and distractions, which is what makes them stick after your dog comes home.
Basic obedience (sit, stay, down, come), loose-leash walking, polite greetings (no jumping), crate manners, recall, potty training, and general socialization. We work on the focus areas you choose during onboarding.
Puppies are eligible once they have completed their core vaccines (typically around 16 weeks). There is no upper age limit — older dogs absolutely learn new things. We tailor the intensity to your dog's age, energy, and physical condition.
Anxious or reactive dogs are welcome — we just need you to tell us upfront so we can build the program around individualized one-on-one work in a calm setting, away from the pack. We will talk through the specifics during the consultation so you know exactly what the plan looks like.
To keep your dog focused on the program and bonded with our team, we don't schedule mid-program visits. Instead, you'll get regular video updates throughout the stay so you can see progress in real time, and we wrap up with a dedicated owner training session at pickup so you go home with the same cues and structure we've built.
Rabies, DHPP/Distemper, and Bordetella — all current. Bordetella every six months for dogs under one year and annually thereafter. Bring records before drop-off and we will keep them on file.
Group classes give you one hour a week. Board & train gives your dog daily, all-day reinforcement in real-life situations — meals, naps, play, walks, and rest — for a week or longer. That consistency is why behaviors lock in faster.
One-Week ($999) covers 1–2 focus areas and is best for owners who want a head start. Two-Week ($1,799) covers 3–4 focus areas plus an owner training session — our most popular pick. One-Month Boot Camp ($2,499) covers all focus areas with weekly video reports and two owner sessions, and is built for dogs needing the most intensive reset.
