What to Pack for Your Dog’s Stay

Food: Enough for the full stay, labeled AM/PM

Treats (optional): Favorites or dietary-safe options

Bedding (optional): We provide luxury bedding, but you may bring something familiar

Toys: 1–2 comfort toys (no rawhide or choking hazards)

Medications: Clearly labeled with dosage & timing

Leash & Collar: Include ID tag and any special harness

Before You Arrive

Complete Pet Profile: feeding schedule, allergies, meds, vet info (via client portal)

Pay Deposit: due within 3 days of confirmation

Schedule Add-ons: enrichment, spa baths, and extras are booked in advance

Confirm Drop-Off: time, location (Seaport meet-up or direct drop), and point of contact

Day of Drop-Off

Arrive on time for your scheduled window (10-minute grace)

Team member greets you curbside; quick wellness check before check-in

Booking Policies (Recap)

Deposits: 50% due within 3 days of confirmation to hold your spot

Cancellations: 7 days before: full refund · Less than 7 days: no refund

Late Pick-Up: 10-minute grace; $2.25/min afterward; after 30 min = $85 overnight

Holiday Surcharge: $100 applies during peak holiday periods

Payments: Full balance due before or at pickup; we cannot accept post-checkout payment

📅 Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

Cancellation Policy

More than 7 days in advance: Full refund

Within 7 days of service start: Full service fee charged

No-show or same-day cancellation: No refund

Rescheduling

Requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance

Less than 24 hours: treated as a cancellation

Refunds

Processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method

Holiday Surcharge

A $100 holiday fee applies during peak holiday periods

⏰ Late Fees & Tardiness

10-minute grace period for all scheduled pick-ups and drop-offs

After 10 minutes: $2.25 per minute late fee

After 30 minutes: $85 overnight fee

If more than 30 minutes late without communication, you may be subject to a reschedule or forfeit with no refund

All fees are due at pick-up. We reserve the right to modify this policy with notice and to deny or terminate service at our discretion.

💳 Payments, Deposits & Promotions

We accept credit/debit cards and digital wallets

Referral Program: Earn credit for each new client you refer

Deposits: A 50% deposit is required within 3 days of confirming your appointment; if not received, the booking may be canceled

📝 Release of Liability Agreement

This agreement is between Pawmenities (“the Facility”) and you, the Pet Owner, regarding the care and boarding of your dog(s) (“Pet” or “Pets”).

Acknowledgment of Risk

Pawmenities is a multi-dog facility with animals of varying sizes, temperaments, and health conditions

Despite our best efforts, risks such as injury, illness, stress, or transmission of disease may occur

Dogs can display unpredictable behavior that may result in harm to themselves, other dogs, or staff

You confirm you have disclosed all relevant health conditions, behavioral concerns, or special care requirements before your pet’s stay

Release & Indemnification

You waive and release Pawmenities and its staff from liability for any injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from your pet’s stay, including those caused by other pets

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pawmenities from any claims or damages resulting from your pet’s behavior, including damage to property or injury to other pets or humans

Veterinary Authorization

If your pet requires medical attention, Pawmenities may seek emergency veterinary care at your expense

Reasonable efforts will be made to contact you or your emergency contact

In urgent situations, Pawmenities may authorize treatment—including medication or euthanasia—based on a licensed veterinarian’s recommendation

You agree to reimburse Pawmenities for any veterinary expenses incurred during your pet’s stay

Media Use

You grant Pawmenities permission to photograph or video your pet while in our care for marketing or promotional purposes without compensation

Legal

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts

If any part is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect

This document constitutes the entire understanding between you and Pawmenities

Confirmation

By proceeding with service, you confirm that you have read and understood the terms, are legally competent to enter this agreement, and accept all conditions above
