Pawmenities offers cage-free, luxury boarding at a private waterfront home with 24/7 living staff. Unlike traditional kennels, your dog stays in a real home environment with premium amenities, daily photo and video updates, and personalized attention. All dogs must have current vaccinations uploaded at least 1 day before their visit. Required vaccines include: Rabies (1-year or 3-year accepted), Distemper (1-year or 3-year accepted), and Bordetella/Kennel Cough (must be current within 6 months). You can upload vaccine records through our client portal.

Boarding — Arrivals & departures: 10:30 AM–4:30 PM and 6:30 PM–9:30 PM, daily. (Boarding guests receive 24/7 supervised care.) Daycare — Arrivals: 8:00 AM–10:00 AM; Departures: 5:00 PM–7:00 PM, daily.

Daycare pricing is $65 per day for adult dogs and $100 per day for puppies (under 12 months). We also offer add-on services including training ($50/day), hikes ($40), runs ($35), and treadmill sessions ($30).

Boarding is priced by size and age. Adult dogs: $80/night small (1–20 lbs), $85/night medium (20–50 lbs), $90/night large (50–75 lbs), $95/night XL (75+ lbs). Puppies under 12 months add $30/night ($110–$125) and seniors add $10/night ($90–$105). A holiday surcharge of $100 applies during peak periods. A 50% deposit is required within 3 days of booking.

Please bring: pre-portioned labeled food, any medications in original containers with instructions, and a collar and leash with ID tag. You do NOT need to bring crates, rawhides, food/water bowls, or valuables. We provide beds, bowls, blankets, and treats for all guests.

By Appointment Only · No Walk-ins. All dogs stay at our private North Shore waterfront residence. Pickups and drop-offs happen at our two hubs: North Shore at 200 Market St, Lynnfield, MA and Seaport at 1 Harbor Shore Dr, Boston, MA.

Cancellations made 7 or more days before your reservation receive a full refund. A 50% deposit is required within 3 days of booking to secure your spot. We recommend booking early, especially during holidays when demand is high.

We offer a 10-minute grace period for pickups. After that, a late fee of $2.25 per minute applies. If you're more than 30 minutes late, an overnight boarding charge of $90 will be applied. Please contact us if you're running late so we can make arrangements.

Yes! We offer transport services for $25 per trip. Members receive free transport as part of their membership benefits. This is a convenient option if you're unable to drop off or pick up your pup during our regular hours.

We offer several premium add-ons: Spa Package ($110), Training ($50/day), Hike ($40), Run ($35), Treadmill ($30), and Transport ($25, free for members). These can be added to any daycare or boarding stay to enhance your dog's experience.

Yes, we welcome puppies! Puppies under 12 months are $100/day for daycare and add $30/night to the boarding rate for their size — $110 small, $115 medium, $120 large, $125 XL. They must have completed their required vaccinations before their visit.

Absolutely! We welcome dogs of all sizes. Large dogs (50–75 lbs) board at $90/night and XL dogs (75+ lbs) at $95/night, compared with $80 for small and $85 for medium dogs. All dogs are grouped based on size, play style, and temperament for the best experience.

Your dog's safety is our top priority. In case of a medical emergency, we will immediately contact you and take your dog to the nearest veterinary clinic. We require emergency contact information and your vet's details on file before any stay.

We specialize exclusively in dogs and do not board cats or other pets. This allows us to focus entirely on providing the best possible care for our canine guests in our cage-free, home environment.

Yes! Unlike many facilities, we provide true 24/7 living staff. Your dog is never left alone. Our staff lives on-site at our private waterfront home, ensuring your pup receives constant care and attention throughout their stay, day and night.
