What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 7 or more days before your reservation receive a full refund. A 50% deposit is required within 3 days of booking to secure your spot. We recommend booking early, especially during holidays when demand is high.

Do you offer transportation services?

Yes! We offer transport services for $25 per trip. Members receive free transport as part of their membership benefits. This is a convenient option if you're unable to drop off or pick up your pup during our regular hours.

Yes! We provide daily photo and video updates so you can see your pup enjoying their stay. Updates are sent through our client portal. You're also welcome to call us at (617) 890-7387 or text us at (617) 917-2422 anytime to check on your furry friend.

What are your hours of operation?

Boarding — Arrivals & departures: 10:30 AM–4:30 PM and 6:30 PM–9:30 PM, daily. (Boarding guests receive 24/7 supervised care.) Daycare — Arrivals: 8:00 AM–10:00 AM; Departures: 5:00 PM–7:00 PM, daily.

Yes, we welcome puppies! Puppies under 12 months have special pricing: $100/day for daycare, $110/night for boarding, and $120/night for XL puppies. They must have completed their required vaccinations before their visit.
