All dogs stay at our private North Shore waterfront residence in Lynnfield — boarding, daycare, board & train, and grooming all happen there. Our Boston Seaport location is a pickup & drop-off hub for city clients, with complimentary luxury chauffeur service for members.

- Upload vaccine records (Rabies, DHPP, Bordetella) at least 1 day before your visit.
- Disclose health & behavior — anxious or reactive dogs are welcome with individualized care.
- Get confirmation within 72 hours from our team.
- Pay 50% deposit within 3 days of booking to secure your dates.
- Enjoy daily photo & video updates through the portal during the stay.
- Pay full balance at pickup.
13. Vaccines & Health
All vaccinations must be current and uploaded at least 1 day before the visit.

Records can be uploaded through the Client Portal. Dogs must be free from communicable disease and on a flea/tick/intestinal-parasite prevention program. No exposure to kennel cough, parvovirus, or canine influenza within 30 days prior to the stay.

Photo & Video Release
Daily photo and video updates are part of every stay; we share content on Instagram and our website. By booking, you grant permission to use photos and video for marketing. For specific concerns, email support@pawmenities.com before the first visit — individual opt-out for incidental capture in group content can't be guaranteed.
Electronic Execution
Agreements may be executed electronically. Checking an acceptance box, clicking "Submit Request," submitting a booking, or providing an electronic signature constitutes a binding signature.

What vaccines are required for boarding and daycare?

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations 7+ days before reservation receive a full refund. A 50% deposit is required within 3 days of booking.
What happens if I'm late for pickup?
10-minute grace period, then $2.25/minute. Over 30 minutes late and an overnight boarding charge of $90 applies.
Do you offer transportation services?
Yes — $25 per trip. Daycare members receive free pickup & drop-off within 3 miles of Seaport or Lynnfield.

Do you accept puppies?

What happens in case of an emergency?
We immediately contact you and take your dog to the nearest veterinary clinic. Emergency contact and vet details are required on file.

No — we specialize exclusively in dogs.
