Daycare is a supervised day of play with same-day pickup. Boarding is an overnight (or multi-night) stay with 24/7 care, sleeping arrangements, and more frequent updates. Many clients do both — daycare members save 10% on all boarding.

Yes — Board & Train is our immersive option. Because your dog trains in the same home environment they live and play in, the lessons actually carry over to real life. We finish with an owner session and take-home instructions so you can keep the habits going.

We offer full-service grooming and spa — a Spa Package ($110: bath, nail trim, brushing), End-of-Stay Bath ($100), Nail Trim ($15), and Brushing ($10). We do the work rather than running a self-serve wash bay, so your pup goes home clean.

Yes to both. Large dogs (50–75 lbs) board at $90/night and XL dogs (75+ lbs) at $95/night. Puppies add $30/night, seniors add $10/night, and all dogs must be current on required vaccines. Let us know at booking so we can plan playgroups appropriately.

Boarding is cage-free, 24/7 care priced by your dog's size and age. Adult nightly rates:

Puppies under 12 months add $30/night ($110–$125). Seniors add $10/night ($90–$105). Daycare members save 10% on all boarding.

$65/day for adults and $100/day for puppies (under 12 months). Frequency discounts:

• 1 week — $999 · 7 nights, 1–2 focus areas.
• 2 weeks — $1,799 · 14 nights, 3–4 focus areas, owner session.
• 1 month — $2,499 · 30 nights, all focus areas, 2 owner sessions.

Yes — single nights and single days are available so you and your pup can meet the team and see the home before committing. Biggest ongoing savings: daycare frequency discounts (up to 20%) and the daycare-member 10% boarding discount.

No. The only standard extras are a $100 holiday surcharge during peak periods (per stay, not per night) and late-pickup fees — both spelled out plainly. Everything else is an optional add-on.

For weekends and holidays, 2–4 weeks ahead — peak periods (Thanksgiving, Christmas/New Year's, July 4th, Memorial Day, Labor Day) fill fastest. Weekday daycare and boarding can usually be booked within a few days.

Yes — a 50% deposit is due within 3 days of booking to hold your dates. Balance is due at pickup, or auto-charged to your card on file.

Need to reschedule? Give us 24 hours' notice. Weather or emergency — just call or text. Refunds process within 7–10 business days.

All major credit and debit cards through the client portal. No cash or check. A card on file is required for every stay. Balances unpaid past 30 days may incur a 1.5%/month late fee.

• Rabies — 1-year or 3-year accepted.
• Distemper (DHPP/DAPP) — 1-year or 3-year accepted.
• Bordetella (kennel cough) — within the last 6 months, required every visit.
• Canine influenza is recommended.

No — spay/neuter is not required. Intact dogs are welcome at any age; just mention it at booking so we can plan playgroups appropriately.

Yes. Tell us at booking about any reactivity, resource guarding, or anxiety. We provide individualized, one-on-one care in a calmer setting away from the pack — at no extra charge. The cage-free, home-like environment is especially calming for anxious and rescue dogs.

Yes — staff live on-site, so there's always a human present for late-night potty breaks, cuddles, or reassurance. Your dog is never left alone.

We contact you immediately at every number on file, transport your dog to the nearest emergency vet (we tell you which one first), and you cover veterinary costs. Emergency contact and regular vet info must be on file before any stay. We maintain partnerships with local vets for 24/7 emergency care.

By appointment only (no walk-ins):

• Boarding — 10:30 AM–4:30 PM and 6:30 PM–9:30 PM, daily.
• Daycare — arrivals 8:00–10:00 AM, departures 5:00–7:00 PM.

Boarding care itself is 24/7 — these windows are just for arrivals and departures.

At 20+ minutes late the stay converts to an overnight at $90 and the per-minute fee stops. Always call or text if you're running behind — we'll make it work.

• Pre-portioned, labeled food — a freezer bag per meal is perfect.
• Any medications in original containers with clear instructions.
• A collar/leash with ID tag for drop-off and pickup.

We provide beds, bowls, blankets, treats, and 24/7 staff attention.

• Crates, kennels, or pens — we're cage-free.
• Rawhides and bully sticks — choke hazards in group play.
• Food and water bowls — we provide everything.
• Anything valuable or irreplaceable.

A comfort item like an unwashed t-shirt or favorite blanket is always welcome — your scent helps anxious pups settle in.

We serve 30+ Boston and North Shore neighborhoods, with door-to-door chauffeur within the service area.

• From the Seaport hub: South Boston, South End, Back Bay, Beacon Hill, Downtown/FiDi, North End, Fort Point, Charlestown, East Boston.
• From the Lynnfield hub: Wakefield, Reading, North Reading, Peabody, Saugus, Danvers, Salem, Marblehead, Swampscott.

Dogs from anywhere are welcome by appointment. The complimentary chauffeur covers our 30+ Boston and North Shore neighborhoods. For towns farther out (Worcester, Shrewsbury, Franklin, and similar), you're still welcome to book — just confirm chauffeur availability when you reserve.

Yes — our luxury chauffeur runs door-to-door within the service area. It's $25 per one-way trip (within ~3 miles of the Seaport or Lynnfield locations) and complimentary for daycare members. Book transport when you book the stay; day-of availability isn't guaranteed.
